DELIVERY TERMS
- We at ViviLesari aim to process and dispatch your order within 24-48 hours once the order is confirmed.
- You are requested to be available on the provided contact number so our team can reach you.
- The estimated average delivery time across Kalimantan Barat and its adjacent provinces is 1 to 3 working day after dispatch.
- The estimated delivery time for International order is 3 to 7 working days (depending on the destination) and after the order has been dispatched.
- During sale or any event delivery time may exceed due to high volume order log.
- Our company does not charge any delivery fee; however, the fee is charged by the courier which delivers the product to you.
- Charges for all International delivery vary from country to country depending upon city, state, country, and locality. To calculate shipment charges, you can select any product and checkout with your delivery address to calculate the estimated delivery charges (does not include any taxes & duties).
Please note that international orders may be subject to taxes & duties and will be the responsibility of the customer. Any applicable duties or fees will be collected at the time of order delivery by the courier.
ITEM AVAILABILITY
Generally, items featured on our website are available for sale and ready to ship. In the unusual situation in which one item is available for sale and two customers place it in their shopping bag at the same time, one customer may receive an out of stock message at checkout.
Please note: expected shipment times specify when an item is expected to leave our store, not when the item will arrive at its final shipping destination. After your order leaves our store, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address.
Calculating Delivery Time

Shipping Time is the amount of time it will take your order to ship once it has left our warehouse (usually takes 1 to 3 business days). Once your item has left our warehouse, the shipping method you select during Checkout will determine when your order will arrive.
